“Communicating with Frank/host was amazing...quick responses to your questions and concerns. Very accommodating when changes had to be made on my reservation. Inside of the home was very clean. The sleeping quarters were exceptional. Not that we rented the house just to sleep, however, all the guests spoke on the comfort of the mattress. “There was effortless communication with the host. Gaining entry to the property was very easy. The home was spacious and very clean. It accommodated my family of 7 very well. “Our stay was absolutely perfect! The host was always available and very attentive. The house was beautiful with so much to do, the kids were never bored. The hot tub was spotless. “Everything and then some!Hosts were amazing and thoughtful. They had thought of every little detail down to having toiletries in the bathrooms in case you forgot toothpaste or even qtips!Especially grateful for their birthday wishes to my wife that were written on the basement door, even had a sign over the fire place!Extremely friendly, courteous and easy to deal with for checking in... they made sure we were set for our weekend.”

“If you’re looking for a top-notch place to stay in Vernon Township, Highland Lakes area of New Jersey look no further. This is a perfect little spot. The owners are super easy to work with and extremely nice. The fact that they allow dogs here really is amazing and very helpful to anyone who is a dog lover and who might be traveling with dogs. Jose and his wife were very accommodating yet left you alone and gave you privacy. The only thing I would suggest is to put a “full length mirror”……

"We came down to check out at 10:30 in the morning. I paid a cash deposit. They can't check out until they check the room. The front desk told me 5 minutes but made me wait for almost half an hour. Halfway through, I asked her how long it would take because I had to go to a meeting urgently. She gave me a very nonchalant attitude. It was already 11:10 when I got the deposit. What made me very unhappy was that I was the only one who wanted to check out. Do you want me to wait for half an hour in the morning?"
