“The apartment is well appointed and has parking spots very close to the apartment. We had no problem with sound except hearing a few footsteps from the upstairs apartment. The place itself is very comfortable and incredibly well organized with labels on most things. I’ve never experienced this in a rental property before but the host had drinks and snacks available. You didn’t need to worry about forgetting, washing stuff, shower stuff or toothbrushes etc, she had it all!! My nearly 4 year old……

“I loved everything about the apartment and the host.The only problem we had was at check in. The host hadn't told us ANYTHING about when she planned to send us the key information, so when it was 2 min after check in time, and I still hadn't heard ANYTHING, I panicked. Then, at 4 min after check in time, the key information arrived via email. All was well after that.Great apartment! Comfy beds! Thanks!”

“The location is really convenient , clean and charming place ”

“The property itself is nice, and the area is fabulous! Close to shopping and dining. The problem we had with unit 301 was that the heat did not heat the unit , it was very cold. There are no lamps in bedrooms and one tv in the primary bedroom, no tv in the living room or other bedrooms. ”

“We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back……

“Host was very accommodating and very fast with communicating! For a 56 year old building, it was very clean and updated! Convenient location to DC.”

“Nice place, close to Metro and great neighborhood with many restaurants and things to do. Too bad the pool and hot tub were closed down for the season it was still in the 80’s in mid October. Really, no complaints about our stay. Highly recommend!”

“My two friends and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip and were so happy with this place! Everything seemed clean and well prepared and the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. The only issue we ran into was when we arrived, our code for the door didn’t work, so we called the property owner who was luckily home upstairs and could open the property for us. I hope they are able to get this issue resolved in the future. Overall, we loved it - especially that we were able to walk……

“I booked a week before I needed the place. I was unable to get any form of response from this host, and the phone number was disconnected. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth. This situation canceled the day I was supposed to check in, and cost me $150 extra as I took my money to a competitor.”
