“We had a lovely 1 night stay at this quirky place before popping into Cambridge the next day. We stayed in the superior studio with a great double bath and view of the horses next door. We did have trouble getting some of the TV channels to work, the plumbing noises from other rooms was quite noisy and did disturb our sleep. Not sure if it was people having late showers or a washing machine somewhere. And we wanted to play darts downstairs but they were all broken. However... The food was……

“The location is good, walking distance to all sight seeing area. Valet parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean.”

“The hotel room can be quite noisy. Between 7:00-8:00 AM, there are noticeable sounds of goods being moved, trash bins being handled, and glass bottles being sorted, which may disturb light sleepers. If you prefer to sleep in past 7 AM, this might not be the best choice. Additionally, the room temperature tends to fluctuate between too cold and too hot, making it challenging to stay comfortable throughout the night.”

“Delightful staff, wonderful gardens and fabulous carrot cake. Such a shame the restaurant wasn’t open on the evening we stayed. Excellent.”

“I stayed in the hotel for one night only but the environment, cleanliness were perfect. We also signed up for the breakfast deal which was so tasteful in such reasonable price. It is a convenience location to access any spot of Cambridge. ”
