“A one night stopover on the way back from our holiday. We've stayed here before and were impressed with our room. This time we were in some recently added accommodation, The Stable, and we'd have preferred to be in the main building. The room was fine but since there were others walking past the window, the blind had to be down, so it was either dark, or electric light. We could see into others' rooms as we left. “The management team is very friendly and helpful but security sense is not sufficient as the cleaning lady forgot to close the windows. If you do not request too high standard of room service, it would be a good choice.”

“I was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. I’m sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately £90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room. “This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes.
