“We’ve stayed here many times and it’s not perfect but the main issue we’ve grown tired of is the staff aren’t very friendly. On this particular trip it felt like we were being looked down on. We had bought a new home and were coming in to empty our 3 storage units out at the lake and so whenever we’d get finished up, of course we’d be sweaty when we got back, but when I’d ask a question to the lady at the front desk, she’d treat me like I was beneath her and that really didn’t make me feel good……

“House is well laid out. Bedrooms away from the living room which is nice since I tend to stay up later than my husband does. This way I can stay up and watch TV and not disturb him. Big beautiful back yard for our fur babies to run around in. Was really nice to be able to have use of the garage since the weather was rainy. Aaron was very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the Plano area!! ”

“I booked this hotel by reviews. Alot were good, some not so good. Hotel was true to the pictures!! It felt clean, has been updated. Front desk people were very nice. Housekeeping was very good. I could tell they cared about their job. Very nice ladies. Breakfast was good & plenty of it. Pool was nice too. I definitely would stay again & i do recommend this hotel. Although, I think $25 for a pet, per night is to high. Only disappointment, no western channel on the TV. LOL We mainly wanted to go……

“This property is old and needs remodeling. There is soft spots in the wall in the bath. Mold on the soap dish in the shower. The pool is closed for repairs so there are no amenities. ”

“The Grand is a nice property. Very quiet and clean with a friendly staff. Appreciate the urn of ice water available in the lobby. It's well situated downtown. Very happy with my room. The bed was huge! The room did get a bit stuffy at night even with the ceiling fan. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very much enjoyed my short stay. Visited family so definitely staying at The Grand again. ”
