“It is too noisy to sleep. The fan in bathroom is too noisy.”

“The staff at this hotel are SO nice. Every time I had a question or need they went above and beyond being helpful. The room was nice, the kitchen is very handy. My only snag during my stay was our garbage disposal wasn't working and after the first day the sink in the kitchen would fill with water quickly, making washing dishes difficult. I asked about it twice, but I think they were having trouble getting maintenance out. I would stay here again!”

“The first room smelled like sewer. The front desk said they had a lot of “workers” that book out these rooms. I was given a better clean room on the 3rd floor. ”

“Wonderful property for kids and adults. Location is great - so close to Downtown McKinney and easy access to any location.”

“The stay was excellent. The place had everything we needed however the 4 star rating for cleanliness was based on a situation we had on our last involving locating a mouse under the bed. YIKES!!!! Other than that, we had a great stay at this beautiful Hobbit House.”
