“Beautiful location!! We haven’t even checked out and I am writing this review. My husband planned this for my birthday since all I wanted to do was relax and fish…and we did just that! The room was very cute and affordable. The staff was amazing..special shoutout to Marvin!! He was so helpful and made this experience everything! I noticed slight construction however that didn’t interfere with anything and just means that this place is going to be even more amazing when we return. Definitely……

“I just love it here. I stay in hotels a lot. I do most of my work in my room and it’s so nice to finally have secure WiFi. It’s great to be able to do laundry and to stock a regular sized fridge. Knowing a couple is hosting is comforting to me. I’m sure there are other women and seniors traveling alone who feel the same plus staying in a guest house means help is close by, if needed. “Wonderful place to stay away from the Dallas traffic, but close to amenities, restaurants of north Dallas area. 10 minute drive into Frisco. “This was such a wonderful stay. Ted and Jackie were the nicest and most accommodating owners I've had the pleasure of working with on Vrbo so far. The house is a guest house that shares the property of the owners main house, but we would have never known they were there once we checked in. The guest house is small and cozy, but so comfortable for the just the two of us and couldn't have been better. The pictures posted are exactly what you will find. “We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay.”
