“My family stayed at this house to attend a wedding nearby. The location was serene. The property itself is poorly maintained, with trash and tools strewn about the yard. The horses in adjacent pasture showed physical signs of neglect (one had a festering wound behind the ear, from a bridle that was ill fitted, put on wrong, and clearly left on the animal for far too long). The house itself was nice enough, and clean enough, but by no means spotless. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen……

“The Tiny Texan was the perfect sanctuary on the outskirts of McKinney. The property is meticulous, the area so peaceful and the owners and neighbors very gracious. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Access to property was simple. There was more than enough room to hang out & get comfortable. Had many fun filled pool games. The kitchen was equipped for everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, & supper. Being able to park our vehicle in the garage was a plus as well. Will definitely keep this as one of my favorites. ”

“Found several large cockroaches that we killed and the property sprayed while we were there. The dishwasher did not work and overflowed. The sink disposal did not work. Beautiful home but it is clearly not being managed well.”
