“Beds were comfortable. As I entered the room, I turned on the air conditioner. As it kicked on, it was very loud, but then settled back down.
Since I was standing in front of the air conditioner, I checked the windows that slid open only to find that they were unlocked and slid open without any resistance. I would highly recommend having housekeeping, check to make sure they are locked after the guest checks out for safety.
