“A lovely old inn, upgraded and updated to offer all of the contemporary comforts one might want, including free WiFi /Internet. The room was medium size, with a queen /double bed and wonderfully illuminated bb its skylight. The bed and bed linens were outstanding; couldn’t be better. The pub & restaurant were as charmingly English as a Yank could want and the food was very good. I would return in a heartbeat, given the opportunity, and recommend it to any single or couple. “The hotel was welcoming and the room was spacious, and comfortable, if a little stuffy. It was at the top of the building and the windows would only open a little. The room would have been less stuffy had the windows been opened before we arrived, and the blinds drawn. It was clean, and the linen was all good. All in all, a pleasant stay.”

“It is very very close to the railway station. The room is small but very clean and tidy. There is no lift and you will need to take your luggage upstairs. It is also close to the beach. A very nice and enjoyable stay.”
