“Our room looked nothing like what the pictures looked like. The sheets were dirty, our bathroom was never cleaned. The shower was leaking and was impossible to turn off after being turned on. There was no hot water. The shower and sink didn’t drain. The staff never brought us more pillows or towels like we asked. It felt very unsafe as we could see outside with our door shut.”
