“This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,……

“Just had a lovely stay at The Herbie. It's easy to get to and close to downtown but the area is actually pretty quiet. There is a courtyard with loungechairs, a grill and pickleball court and the room was just amazing! The decor and the details are stellar, the king-sized bed was comfortable, there's a fridge with freezer, coffeemaker and bathroom toiletries.
