“Very nicely redone motel. I was skeptical when I saw the location as I’ve always known that area to not be great. I never felt unsafe. There is locked access to the courtyard and each room. While it’s not really a walkable area, the proximity to downtown and Memorial Stadium is great. We’ll stay again. ”

“we wanted a place close to the University, and this place is close to walk to it. It is also close to dining options. It is a very safe neighborhood. the staff are very friendly; the room was cozy and very clean, with kitchen, a small living rm with tv screen and the bedrm also with tv screen. “My family and I rented a suite and had a very enjoyable stay. 5 stars hands down! My only feed back is how nice it would have been to have the ability to wash just a few dishes at a time. They only supply the rooms with a dishwasher pod. Next time we stay we will just bring our own”
