“Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem und aufmerksamem Personal. Leider war während unseres Besuchs ein Jugendsport-Team samt Betreuern und tlw. Eltern da, sodass es oft sehr laut war und man praktisch keine der gebotenen Dinge (z.B. Pool oder Billard) nutzen konnte. Ansonsten wären es 5 Sterne gewesen.....”

“Property was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of foods to choose from. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The hotel was overall just fine. The hot tub jets were very weak, but they were at least at a manageable height. The only ice machine was on the first floor. The toilet was normal with the toilet paper within reach (which you would think is not hard to find, but it really is). There were very long hairs both in the toilet paper and inside the clean towels. If housekeeping kept their hair pulled back it could be easily avoidable. The fridge and elevator worked but the elevator had the worst smell……

“Service was excellent. I was placed in the room I requested, thank you for that!! The bed was wonderful, I really appreciated the fact that the AC wasn't leaving the room muggy and damp like some do. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The attendants were awesome and hard workers! I like using the app to unlock the doors, it's a great convenience perk! Upon arrival I found a dirty floor in my room. I ended up asking for a vacuum and cleaned the floor myself - the front house manager did……
