“Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem und aufmerksamem Personal. Leider war während unseres Besuchs ein Jugendsport-Team samt Betreuern und tlw. Eltern da, sodass es oft sehr laut war und man praktisch keine der gebotenen Dinge (z.B. Pool oder Billard) nutzen konnte. Ansonsten wären es 5 Sterne gewesen.....”

The bed was wonderful, I really appreciated the fact that the AC wasn't leaving the room muggy and damp like some do. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The attendants were awesome and hard workers! I like using the app to unlock the doors, it's a great convenience perk! Upon arrival I found a dirty floor in my room. I ended up asking for a vacuum and cleaned the floor myself - the front house manager did……

“The bed was perfect after a long day of traveling. Clean. One elevator was working, the other being serviced but it wasn’t a problem since they weren’t busy. The bathroom furnishings were worn, caulk was cracked in between the tiles and there was a little area of water damage. ”
