“The Scarlet was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I was there on business and the customer's office was literally next door. This turned out to be really important because there was a big winter storm that pushed temperatures to 10 below while I was there and it was nice to just walk about 60 yards to my customer's office as opposed to needing to drive in those conditions. The hotel staff is warm and inviting. They have a nice restaurant and bar on site that serves really good meals. There……

Some negatives, internet was not working so we couldn't connect to our wifi and ice machine is at the lobby so we had to walk in the cold to get ice....not a bad walk but just a bit out of the way. But overall, great experience. Will stay again.”

Only issue, heater blows in cold air from the air leaking in around the heater unit drom the window. Had to turn it off completely. Warmer in the room when it is turned off than when turned on.”
