I cannot say enough good about the restaurant connected to this hotel - Singel Barrel. The food was amazing, the staff was attentive and the atmosphere was perfect for our party of 20. ”

“we wanted a place close to the University, and this place is close to walk to it. It is also close to dining options. It is a very safe neighborhood. the staff are very friendly; the room was cozy and very clean, with kitchen, a small living rm with tv screen and the bedrm also with tv screen. Next time we will stay there again!”

“We liked the coffee bar in the morning. We didn’t like not being able to park in the basement. That would have made a difference. Communication was bad, it was very hard to get someone to speak with regarding all the issues that we had from the beginning of our stay. ”

“This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,……

“My family and I rented a suite and had a very enjoyable stay. 5 stars hands down! My only feed back is how nice it would have been to have the ability to wash just a few dishes at a time. They only supply the rooms with a dishwasher pod. Next time we stay we will just bring our own”
