“You can really tell the house is cared for. It feels like a home. It had everything you could need. They have a well stocked kitchen and even supply snacks. The beds were very comfortable. The yard is huge with a stream behind it with a Great fire pit. I do recommend this property and will definitely go back”

“Plenty of room for families to gather and relax together”

“We are sisters and mom who spent a weekend here in April. The house was very clean, with comfortable beds. Beautiful views from the dock. Good communication with the host. It is a distance from most restaurants and shopping, but it's an easy drive through beautiful countryside. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The property itself is nice. However the house itself was filthy. I was greeted by cobwebs wrapping around my face when I walked in the door. The main deck was unusable because the grill was covered in dirt and we were not willing to use it. The outdoor furniture was covered in rodent droppings so we couldn't enjoy the listing as advertised. Overall we were disappointed with paying a hefty "cleaning fee" yet the property is not clean for us. Maybe it will be clean for the next person. I guess I……

“Great stay needed an iron though ”

“Great location, lakefront with private dock. Carpet in bedroom should be removed. Plenty of stains. Better lighting inside would be helpful. Bedrooms very dark with lamps provided. ”

“Cozy Cove is a great home. Very clean. Very comfortable for our family of 5 and could have slept more if needed. Nice property with very large yard a nice lakefront views.The Red Barn Vacation customer service is phenomenal. The regular check ins to make sure all is well and good is so nice. Plus app has great information and easy to use. We've rented many many houses the last 20 years and this was the best customer service we've ever had.”
