“It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.”

“We met with Mike when we arrived, and he explained Palm Springs rules, etc. and showed us where everything was in the condo. We loved the view from outside balcony, and really enjoyed the tennis courts and pool. Hope to stay here again next year!! We highly recommend this lodging!! ……

“The condo was lovely and clean and had great amenities. Check in was easy and parking spaces were plentiful. There was however a neighbor who disrupted our stay with alarming knocks on the door and a frantic request to “call 911 because someone was in her home who wasn’t supposed to be”. This was of course alarming as she seemed mentally unwell and we didn’t know it was the neighbor so when I contacted the host, they advised this had never happened and they would notify security about the issue.……

“We just left a 6-day stay at this property and loved every minute. Bedrooms were spacious, A/C worked great, kitchen was fully equipped and Lisa was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!”

“My family and I will definitely be back again! This place was beautiful. The decors are amazing. Fully equipped kitchen! And the beds are comfortable. Love hanging out at the Patio while the kids were enjoying the pool. And it was a nice to be welcomed with a welcome a basket. So thoughtful. The walking trail entrance was near us. I really love this place!”

“This was our 6th visit to La Quinta resort but 1st time in this unit. It was pretty updated- except for a shredded outdoor chair and could use some new drapes in the living area. Upon arrival it was 100 degrees and stuffy with absolutely no directions as how to turn on the AC. After several attempts to contact California Lifestyle we finally started just pushing buttons on anything we could find. They eventually responded that they needed to turn the unit on remotely. Disappointed since we……

“Everything was as advertised. No major problems whatsoever. The washer and dryer and dishwasher could use some routine maintainance. We had a great time and will consider renting again. ”

“Although unit was a little dated, it was exceptionally clean and perfect for our needs. Location was great and close to downtown Palm Springs. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Jon was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Palm Springs. ”

“Great property for families. My two kids and wife were thrilled with the property and easy access to nearby food. The pool out back is really easy to access and the kids stayed in there for a couple of hours. Well stocked pantry with pots, pants and additional kitchen ware. All in all a great stay but we were only passing thru, but wish we made a longer stay out of it. ”

“The property was clean and tidy, just as advertised. We had a brief yet comfortable stay. The location was great and close to main pool. My only issue is that the shower pressure was not as strong as I would’ve liked. We did have noisy neighbors with kids but that is not any fault of the owners. I would recommend this property. ”

“We stayed with another couple, and it was perfect. Both rooms are identical with own bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Property was clean and as advertised. Check in was seamless, and if I had questions I was answered in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again. ”

“The condo was in a great place just blocks from the downtown area. It was well stocked with everything you need from coffee to pool towels. The back balcony had beautiful views of the mountains, upgraded appliances, comfy bed and the pool was very nice and well maintained. Sarah was great at communicating and such a big help with suggestions and available for anything needed. I would definitely return and tell my friends about this place! ”
