“The vintage cottage was quite charming. Our family enjoyed the close proximity to Isle of Skye and the tranquility of being nestled in the woods after a full day of exploring. As others have stated - the views were beautiful, even in the rain!Host communications was excellent. They provided clear instructions and a list of things to see and do in the area. Home is close to groceries and dining options. Kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials. Beds are comfortable and extra blankets are……

“I cannot speak more highly about our stay. The house is beautiful, homely, warm and with every ammenity required.With views from the living room and three bedrooms, immediate access to the seashore, and close to Skye you really couldnt ask for more.”

“We had a great time here and loved the property! The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there, and more! The only trouble we had was figuring out how to open and lock the door - it often took a few minute before getting it, but that could be because our door handles are different in Canada and we had to figure the tricks out. Had a tricky time finding the place in the dark when we arrived, but it's right across from a small fire station (there was no noise or anything) on the……

“Cottages are rented for one week normally and it was good because we were able to see most of the island of skye, which is lovely. Nice walks right near the cottage and you can drive to many other walks. There's a very nice wood-burning stove. You'll have to buy wood once you run out what they give you. We had some problems finding the place but once that was over with, we had a very stress-free lovely stay. Flora is responsive to texts.”

“Our second stay at this lovely property was excellent. Blessed with amazing weather, we climbed many hills, conquered the In Pinn on Skye, and paddle boarded and swam in the beautiful Loch Duich. The house is excellent, very comfortable and well equipped. Many thanks!”

“Great beach walks and trips over to Skye on the Ferry. A lovely shop and pub in the village - and even a nearby brewery, which we visited a few times too. Plenty of Cycling/ paddle boarding done - and loads of wildlife to see. We will definitely go back. ”
