“It was a great experience, from checking in to check out. No issues. All staff kind and professional. Facilities clean, room was spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommend. ”

“Check in was easy. Stayed 1 night in a room with two beds and a sofa bed. Room was big and spacious. Used the pool to tire the kiddos. Breakfast in the morning was just right. Waffles, cereal, fruit, juice, muffins, bagels, and of course coffee. Quiet area. If I'm ever driving through Arcata again, I will definitely stay there.”

“We had a glicth at check in time and was unable to reach Hotel.Com either by phone or e-mail. We were give a handicap room, which we did not need. Howerver front deck Clerk Nate did an awsome job by contacting his off site Manager and accomidated us into a rugular room at not extra charge. We are thankfull for Nate & and the Manager.”
