“Upon arrival at the gates, a herd of deer greeted us. The cottage, the appointments, the location, the tranquility did not disappoint. As birdwatchers, we enjoyed morning walks with various birdsongs. We would definitely return.”

“Beautiful place, perfect for a little trip for my partner and I. Good distance from Fort William and Fort Augustus and has a bus station right outside too! Nice and clean and tidy, had towels, cutlery and things we needed for cooking. ”

“This was a wonderful stay, especially if you wanted to be back away from the crowded areas. My map app took me to the wrong side, but theres a little sign up, so you at least know you're near the right place. Oh, and James might tease you a bit ;) But then was very happy to give recommendations and show me where the clothes drying rack was”

“Great cottage with a lovely mix of the traditional and the new, with good kitchen facilities providing everything you need for cooking. The sun room was a lovely space for relaxing in the evening, watching the changing weather and the peace and tranquility of the location. The showers in both bathrooms were good, powerful showers and the option for a bath in the main bathroom. WiFi worked well at both ends of the cottage and on the lovely sunny days the garden was a good space to enjoy.We also……

The interior was so comfortable, and we really enjoyed everything about it. The bed really is the comfiest bed in Scotland, as advertised! We hope to return in the future.”
