“Housekeeping everyday, thank you so much for the cleaning, especially I always mess my room. Staff is all really friendly: explained how to use the coffee machine at the 1st morning; helped me to dispose that damaged suitcase. Tram and Bus stops are directly situated in front of / next to the hotel, no need to worry about getting to the centre. Only downside: I stayed in the Single Room. My 31 inch suitcase is impossible to place on the floor. But, to be honest, the room size is acceptable……

“They have great reception team! Super big smile! I don’t really like the waiter, he kinda of weird but it’s ok. I like the housekeeping as they tidy near! He is super hardworking but they don’t change your sheet at all though but it’s okay. As long I self change my pillow case daily is fine . The breakfast is boring but ok as I got my hard boiled eggs daily. If there’s sausages would be great 😅 I want to thanks Diana and Martina for their bright cheerful smiles . This hotel does not have lift……

The free wifi service they provided works only for “messaging” - not even works for ig story or podcast and you have to pay for a higher speed WiFi if you want streaming (or social media) even though they claimed the free WiFi is ok for message and social media. “Only issue is there were no Aircon on the first day but a fan was sent. When it was eventually turned on the next day, it was again turned off in the middle of the night the next evening and kept off until I checked out.....travelers should be notified before hand if such is happening as hotel facilities clearly state there AC available! Otherwise, staff was very polite and professional.”

“Although the location is a bit far from the center of Milan, there’s a bus that takes you into town in about 15 minutes. I stayed in the new section of the hotel and the room was very quiet and immuculate. The bed was large and comfortable and the tile work in the bathroom shower was enviable! ”

A noisy room

"I have mentioned to have a silent room about one month before I arrive. Unfortunately the room window towards bar street which makes noise at night and morning also included truck noise, street cleaning noise … otherwise all are good! Especially the food in sfizo, good quality and tasty as usual! Really suggest to go to try! The team from hotel is good! Smiling and warm. "

"This is my second time stayed in this hotel, it is so convenient for moving around, when you get out of the hotel and you can see the Milan central train station. Satisfied for every thing, nice services and nice sweet chocolate for first day and everyday. Highly recommended and I will stay in this hotel if I go to Milan again."
