“Lovely hotel in good location but the stars are the staff. I had air conditioning issue and tv issue and they sorted both out quickly which is sign of good service. Gabe the young man in the bar, only 18, serving drinks, snacks and taking dinner orders on his own was very happy, cheerful and professional. He should be promoted. Angelo on reception does a 1st class job as does Vania - her handwritten welcome notes really make a guest feel special. Thank you from a solo traveler.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we stayed for around 10 days. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms and facilities very clean. The hotel itself is in a very convenient location, being a 5 minute walk from the beach, right next to a supermarket and also very close to bus and metro stops. The best thing is that there is a line of around a 100 fish restaurants at a walking distance too.”

“We enjoyed our three day stay. The location is great, the bed was very comfortable, great service, and excellent breakfast. Minor complaints- power outlets were not well positioned in our room and less-mobile travelers might have problems with some steps that one must pass to get to many of the rooms. All-in-all, a very enjoyable stay and we’d certainly stay again if we return to Porto.”

“The hotel is located at a VERY nice point to overview the bridge Luis. It´s beautiful to have the sunrise and sunset sightseeing from the hotel. Our room was in the 12th floor, the bridge is at the 14th floor level of the hotel, the room wtih river side view is preferred! The breakfast is with plenty selection of food, the cheese board, the bread and the fruit varieties are not extremely large, but already good enough to a satisfactory breakfast. The metro is at the corner of the hotel, it’s……
