“开车到蓝湾，觉得太美了，离机场又近，想在毛球的最后两天能躺在房里看海，无奈找不到酒店，一回头就看见了这酒店，回来找了许多App，终于在Expedia找到了这家酒店，价格不贵，看图片一般，也没多想就住了过来。然后就崩溃了。房间及其潮湿，一进屋有一种地下室的味道，房间是下陷式的，所以阳台面前只有个极小的草地然后就只能看到泳池底了，进门那一侧是酒店院墙，前面是泳池，这种房屋设计导致风把海和泳池的湿带过来，却无法散出去，阳光也照不进来，房间里全是发霉的味道。被子和枕头上的霉味几乎让人无法入睡。而第一晚更夸张的被老鼠吵醒，发现老鼠不知如何进了垃圾桶却出不去，我们不知所措，最后用花瓶打死了它。我听着先生砸老鼠的声音以及老鼠的惨叫，心都纠到一块了。”

“We had a lovely suite with roof terrace and fantastic sea view . Huge beds, AC great bathroom . Staff were all lovely and you didn’t feel any sort of resentment from anyone which can be the case sometimes. Breakfast was great everyday and their limited dinner option was something that we tried a few times because the chefs really were very good at their jobs . The building is a lovely old hotel but needs a little bit of attention as it is starting to get a little bit scruffy . That being said……

“位於市中心，交通出行方便，周围吃饭选择多，酒店有重新装修，但是冰箱没有换，经常起动声音很响，特别是晚上睡觉时，影响睡眠质量。老空调不能调风及温度，吹得感冒了”

“房间硬件设施不像想象的豪华，房间临近沙滩有些潮，但能接受！酒店整体环境不错，游泳池超大，ici冰淇淋超好吃！餐厅和活动项目较多，有较多的食物适合中国口味，价格在结账时有较大优惠。沙滩不是想象中的细腻，酒店海上免费项目不少，但船屋经理对中国人要求严格，很多项目受限。有一键直达的中文服务很贴心！”

“I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅”

“Le sejour a ete convenable. Le cadre est tres beau mais deja usage. Le personnel est attentionné mais beaucoup de manquement. Manque des dosettes de cafe en chambre, ravitaillement d eau mais aussi les offres de 20% sur le spa sont trop conditionnes. Je nai pas pu en beneficier.”

“真帅令人遗憾的酒店回忆，全家人出游父母孩子定的是套房160平方，chick in给了一个估计50平的房间，实在没办法当天晚上重新预定了酒店。房间插电都是坏的很多蚊子房门关不严，简直是糟糕透顶！对于给错房间工作人员的失误给没有给我任何答复，连一句道歉都没有！”

“Everything about this hotel was on point. The facilities, service, food, kids club. JD the wellness staff member was exceptional and deserves recognition. Because of him we knew all about the hotel, facilities and ability to use the wellness centre at the spa free of charge. Without him we would not have known this. Kids club had kids eat free which was another lovely bonus. Well done Lux a great family holiday had for all the family :-)”
