“Overall this was a very nice place to stay. The directions for getting in were a little confusing and I wasn’t given the parking space information. I did get assistance right away, though. However, the biggest disappointment was the couch. It was small and super uncomfortable. A better couch would have made all the difference. ”

“The gym on the 13th floor had a lovely view of the city. It had enough equipment to support everyone who was there at 5 AM, including several treadmills, two ellipticals, weights, and stationary bikes. It also had towels and water bottles which was an added convenience in the dry desert air. The room was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient for me and restaurants, coffee shops, and the buildings I was visiting were all within walking distance.”

“The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated the vouchers for room service and the little welcome pack with drinks and snacks! The only blight during my stay was the appalling customer service at the gift shop in the hotel - I have never experienced such outright rudeness. I would definitely the Renaissance Downtown to people looking to stay in downtown Phoenix!”

“The only thing that was confusing was the valet I had to pay 41 for a night and he can’t come outside when he sees a car in the valet area I waited for over 20 mins. There is no signage. The girls in the reception made up for his unprofessionalism. He just didn’t seem to care. ”
