“因自己找錯飯店到了飯店才發現, 但飯店人員很客氣的幫忙處理退費, 不會因是個人問題就不理會客人, 態度非常良好在美國實在難得. ”

“No interference in the room but very poor customer care. They are not ready to help . The day i checked out they didn't even know. I had to leave my room key as a sign i had checked out”

“The front desk staff were very rude, explaining that our family could not visit us at the hotel. The phone didn't work, paint was peeling of walls, bathrooms needed a lot of work and updating. ”

“Ok room for the price, for a quick one night stay, no frills. Safe area, room was Ok, Bed was nice, but the room was not a 5 star! Great TV setup, with the TV being mounted up higher on the wall so that you could watch it while laying in Bed. Clean, yes, updated, not so much, Overall we would stay again, but take along an extra blanket to cover up with as the sheet and comforter were sparse.”

It included a sauna in the bathroom, a fairly big mini fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, and has a washer and dryer on the premises that are cheap, Whirlpool brand, and work very well! The room service staff is very efficient and friendly! The food for the complementary breakfast included both healthy and indulgent food. Highly recommend!”

“I have stayed here numerous times. I have never had an issue. Rooms clean. Outside of town. Kids loved the pool.”
