“Vi syntes hotellet er rigtig godt og vi var meget glade for den service vi fik. Dog er der små steder hvor store forbedringer kan laves. Det er bestemt ikke et 5 stjernet hotel efter vores standard, men hvis man ser på prisen og kvaliteten er det det bedste større hotel i Albanien.”

What’s making this vacation even more special are our dinners and the relaxing time at the beach during the day, where we were served by the amazing waiters: Jeta at the Mandarin Restaurant and Denis at Batos! Jeta was very warm, polite, and professional. She welcomed us with a smile and helped us with excellent menu recommendations. Denis was also very attentive, quick, and always ready……

“The owner and his staff were excellent. I was dealing with canceled flights and the staff was understanding and accomodating. The room was gorgeous, my balcony view was beautiful and the hotel is pristine. Only thing i wish was that the pool inbthe spa had hot water and not cold. Other than that, this hotel was great. Parking was a plus and so was the breakfast and location. ”
