“We loved how hospitable and friendly everyone was from the front desk attendants, elevator repairmen, dining hostesses, management and hotel attendant! Everyone rocked! However, Lucy in the dining area was beyond exceptional! She was friendly, funny and genuine and went way above any of our expectations! After knowing her and her loving spirit we feel that we now have a friend when we return to Arnold. Our daughter and her husband are relocating to Arnold for their ministry. As parents it made……
