“This was our first time in Arnold and we really enjoyed our stay. the kitchen was fully stacked and the house was clean (except lot of dog hair on the sofa). We were not able to enjoy the backyard due to continuous rain, but overall had a great time. It gave the feeling of a home away from home. Scott was very responsive and helpful. We would love to come back again and stay here.”

“Everything was perfection! The only suggestion I would make is to supply one pot of coffee since most people would stop at the market on the way up and not know the kind of coffee maker provided. We left the coffee and filters for the next guest”

“Me and my friends and Family started a tradition of going to snow or cabin for a weekend. This was our second stay in Arnold and we all loved Sandra’s property. The location was awesome. You do loose a little reception but Sandra did give a heads up before we went so o was able to have others I drove with leave it on their navigation as well. The cabin is away from neighbors with big safe parking. The cabin had more than we expected. Bunch of things that were provided that didn’t need to be.……

“The house was great!! It was the perfect size. One of the kids lost airpods and the very nice cleaning crew went above and beyond to find them and mailed them over.”

“We had an amazing stay. The 10 year old and 8 year old LOVED the play structure and the video arcade. Plenty of space for 5 adults, two kids and a dog. The dog run was great place to play fetch with our dog. This is not a place for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. VERY quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to the grocery store. Keep an eye out for deer! Arnold Rim Trail is great place for a walk.We'll definitely recommend this place to our friends and we'll be back next year. ”

“Everything about this stay was superb from the communication, to the warm in-person welcome, to the homey accommodations, provided snacks and helpful informational signage. My wife, infant, dogs and I felt right at home and nice and warm. Aaron and Lynn are incredible hosts and even brought out a child cot. We ended up using the pack and play we brought but that was still such a thoughtful and nice touch. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of blankets and comforters to use if needed. Aaron……

“The house was very cozy and nicely laid out. It was well stocked and a comfortable place for us to stay. I really liked the adjoining bedrooms so we could keep an eye on young children.The cleaning could use some improvement as there was a lot of dust on the furniture, spiders and cobwebs inside the house.”

“This was a last minute booking but I am so thankful that I found the Grant family’s home in the woods!! Thank you for the complimentary wine, Grant family!!! The place was absolutely clean and even the sheets felt clean. I am very particular with cleanliness and I was genuinely satisfied with how they’ve maintained this property. To give you an idea how clean the place was… the glass on the master’s bedroom shower was spotless! The place was well-stocked! I’m an overpacker and I’ve packed……

“The house was great for two families with small kids. Plenty of games and the large kids room/ play room was great for the little ones. Having 3 bathrooms was convenient as well. ”

“We enjoyed the stay here at the Dollhouse. The Blue Lake Springs area, which was new to us since we love going to lake mont pines.We went to the bear valley ski resort and it was a beautiful short drive up there. I loved that we were so close to Big Trees State Park, love going there!! It was a wonderful location . This cabin was very spacious and the kitchen was great, loved the dinner table. The bottom bedroom was a too dark, not enough lighting, and bette blankets would be nice, the upstair……
