“Very clean with modern amentities and quiet. Great wifi speeds. Terriffic view. We had a car so climbing up to the property was fine, but would be a challenge without a car (although good exercise!) Nearby Beaulieu-sur-Mer has great restaurants and large supermarket. Regular train and bus service at the base of the hill. 6 minute train to Monaco.”

“house was pleasant, very clean. views from terras and swimming pool beautifull. lot of stairs if you, use your car you'll be in city centre in 5 minutes. if you like to walk know that you have to walk about 100m down and up again. and then like 30 minutes to old town. but down the hill are bakerys boucherie, restarants etc. contact with owner and with "congierge" was easy and quick.”

“The location of the property was very good with a great view and convenient to grocery store & bus with short walk in town. The property is tired, dated and needs renovation. Only one TV worked, the washer/dryer are not adequate for the size of home. The landscaping was no existence with nothing but weeds growing in most of the flower beds. The hot tub was nice but the swimming pool was in a room light a cave, very strange. The bedding and towels were cheap and not aesthetically appealing. The……

“The owner was very kind and great. We rented a large car so it was difficult to get into the parking lot. I think a smaller car is best. The kitchen and other facilities were good, and above all, the view was beautiful. I'm glad I used it.”

“This rustic villa provides spacious accommodation on the outskirts of the village of La Turbie, with a stunning view directly down the hillside to Monaco. Rooms are large and there is plenty of storage space, there's a smart TV in the lounge with Netflix etc, and WiFi throughout (though we found it tended to drop out in some of the downstairs rooms). Parking is easy on the road next to the property garage, or in the garage itself. The garden itself is on a steeply terraced hillside - perhaps……
