“We stayed for 5 weeks in January and February. For 2, the house was overly grand. We chose it for the view and in off season it was fantastic.The weather was too cool to enjoy the pool but we did get to sit outside for a few lunches. Mostly, we just enjoyed the view of the sea from most every window.The house was adequately equipped but we ended up adding a few essentials for our needs like a teapot, spatulas, whisk, and a few other items to make our stay more comfortable. “Very clean with modern amentities and quiet. Great wifi speeds. Terriffic view. We had a car so climbing up to the property was fine, but would be a challenge without a car (although good exercise!) Nearby Beaulieu-sur-Mer has great restaurants and large supermarket. Regular train and bus service at the base of the hill. 6 minute train to Monaco.”

“house was pleasant, very clean. views from terras and swimming pool beautifull. lot of stairs if you, use your car you'll be in city centre in 5 minutes. if you like to walk know that you have to walk about 100m down and up again. and then like 30 minutes to old town. but down the hill are bakerys boucherie, restarants etc. contact with owner and with "congierge" was easy and quick.”

“The location of the property was very good with a great view and convenient to grocery store & bus with short walk in town. The property is tired, dated and needs renovation. Only one TV worked, the washer/dryer are not adequate for the size of home. The landscaping was no existence with nothing but weeds growing in most of the flower beds. The hot tub was nice but the swimming pool was in a room light a cave, very strange. The bedding and towels were cheap and not aesthetically appealing. The……
