“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Pool – sauber, angenehm temperiert und genau die richtige Größe zum Entspannen. Auch die Lage hat uns überzeugt: gut erreichbar, selbst mit einem größeren PKW, und Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor Ort. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!”

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to get to Nice, Monaco, and Menton and other places around. “Really nice house with grear facilities and amazing view.The pool is a lot better than in the pics and deep enough to dive in.The kitchen is well equipped The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are a lot comfier than usual rentals.Communication was very good, and we were left alone to have some privacy, which is also unusual for rentals.All in all a very enjoyable stay and it's nice for people to entrust their home to you for a holiday, it's greatly appreciated.”

“Tolles Haus mit grandiosem Pool. Wir waren zu viert (Eltern, Kinder 9 und 7 Jahre) in dem Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist perfekt geeignet, um einen entspannten Tag vor Ort zu verbringen, mit einer Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz und modernem Grill am Haus und einem ebenfalls dank Lamellendach auch bei stärkstem Sonnenschein nutzbarem Sitzbereich am Pool. Ruhige Gegend, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nizza, Monaco, Antibes und Grasse und viele schöne kleine Dörfer und Strände……

“We had an amazing stay at this 5 Star Luxury Villa. Everything was perfect. The view was breathtaking. The location is really convenient, with the local village being a healthy 30 minuet stroll down and then back up the hill but you can always call an Uber if you prefer. We hired a car from Nice but to be honest we could have managed with taking a taxi rather than driving to the lovely locations nearby. “We stayed for 5 weeks in January and February. For 2, the house was overly grand. We chose it for the view and in off season it was fantastic.The weather was too cool to enjoy the pool but we did get to sit outside for a few lunches. Mostly, we just enjoyed the view of the sea from most every window.The house was adequately equipped but we ended up adding a few essentials for our needs like a teapot, spatulas, whisk, and a few other items to make our stay more comfortable.
