“The location of this property is perfect, in the old district named "Le Vieux Nice". It is also central for the transports (tramway and railway station). The flat is comfortable. We advised the manager to put on the heater one night in advance to have the optimum temperature. We were in this flat in february and it was so pleasant to enter this warm apartment at the end of the afternoon after visiting the region. For us it was a very good address ; this is my conclusion”

“The apartment is perfectly located in Ventimiglia old town, a short distance from bus stops and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. The stairs up to the apt in the 600 yr old building are challenging for anyone with limited mobility, but awesome balcony views make up for the climb. The unit itself was clean and comfortable but the common stairs and hallway leading to it were filthy - visible litter remained the whole 12 days we stayed. The unit contained everything we needed but……

“Absolutely fabulous location with a wonderful view. We loved sitting in the living room looking out to sea and watching all the comings and goings on the Promenade. We were on holiday as 2 couples, so it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The single mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were a bit soft for us as adults but we understand that this will be changed soon. Frances was great and provided some very helpful tips for activities, restaurants and excursions. Overall, a wonderful stay!”

“Just a perfect place to stay. Fabulously located in the heart of the old city in Nice. Truly just a few steps to the beach and a few steps to the tram. Spacious, with great light, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. We had a glorious 10 days stay and the apartment truly felt like home. We could not have picked a better place to stay Thank you for a wonderful vacation!”

“As soon as we entered the apartment, my teen exclaimed “I love this place !”. It was very clean and I am wary of cleanliness. The balcony overlooking the sea was the highlight. We ate many meals overlooking the promenade des anglais. My son went and played beach volleyball across the street at the youth area and the swimming was fantastic. We had a rental car and used the parking lot called Parking Semiacs les Bosquets nearby which was super convenient. Everything you need is close by : multiple……
