“The room and hotel in general were very clean, the reception staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is only a 4 minutes walk from the train station which was convenient to get around (and about a 25 min walk to get to downtown Nice). Although it says it in the name, I wasn't aware that the place was also a "residence" (retirement home), so the building is shared between them and the tourists, which was kind of funny to see.
