“We brought our family down to celebrate our daughter's graduation from GCU. We had a wonderful time with 3 generations--relaxing, enjoying the fabulous weather and spending time together. This house was the perfect place to do that. ”

“The house and area were beautiful!! We woke up every day to a wonderful view with our morning coffee and a great pool! Hot tub was also a nice bonus! We saw birds of all kinds during our stay and even some ducklings and baby geese! Beds were all very comfortable and nice. Only a few things stand out as improvements. The lounging chairs are very worn out and pretty uncomfortable to lay on and there were a lot of ants outside and inside the house. Ants happen, so not a huge deal to us, but a pest……

“I came down to Phoenix with a few buddies of mine for a golf tournament and stayed at this property. The actual property looked exactly like the listing which is a bonus for us because in our experience, that’s not always been the case. The property was extremely clean and the pool outside was extremely peaceful. The most impressive part for myself was the ease of checkin and the attentiveness of the hostess which was exceptional. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Phoenix”

“We had a great time. The owner is wonderful. The property has so many great features. The front courtyard was a great place four our 2 year old granddaughter to play and for us to spend time just talking. The house is excellent, very open with a great kitchen. The outside kitchen was wonderful and we had fun time grilling. We are also a fishing family and had fun with the catch and release. You can’t go wrong with this property.”
