“We celebrated my 50th w/22 guests & we were all trying to find a way to describe this property. The word we all agreed on was EPIC!!From the moment of booking, John made everything easy!! People flew into San Antonio & Austin, rented passenger vans & were at the ranch in 2 hours. This place is beyond unique!!! The adventurous dirt road leads you to the property & out of nowhere, Red Sands towers before you. We didn’t know what to do first; the water slide, diving board, golf cart ride, lounge……
