“It is beautiful, clean property. Few things which must be improved: 1) When we arrived Front Desk service said they don't have room which we ordered 2 queen beds and sofa, but they gave us only 1 option room with 1 king bed and 1 sofa with partially ocean view. This room is smaller, but has view. Usually when Hotel doesn't have room which we ordered they provided couple of other options, not one. 2) Need more explanation how work beach reservations. We scanned code and reserve every day ”

“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. “Just returned from a 7 day stay and could not have been happier. Resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Beach and three pools are gorgeous. Dinner at Ruinas Del Mar was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculate. Be sure to reserve your palapa four months in advance, as we did, if you want front row views; it’s well worth it. We also rented a Trankilo one day at the adults-only pool……
