“The home was lovely. 4 of us stayed, as we were in town for a memorial. After the memorial 10 of us gathered to look at pictures and chat. It was comfortable for a get together. Rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here in the future. Host was helpful and quickly responded to our questions. ”

“Six friends and I rented Joan's lovely pace for a personal reunion, and our 50th high school reunion for a week in June. The VRBO pictures and descriptions did not do the place justice! So many comfy places to gather inside and out, and the added attraction of being right on the Delaware River made our 4-night stay extra special. The house was spotlessly clean; the kitchen well-appointed, and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Joan is the consummate hostess who was available from the moment……

“We filled both houses with a family members to attend a family reunion near by. The reunion was great but the best time we had was our stay at the farm. There is plenty of space and lots of rooms. Everyone had something to do. We used the boats, practiced frisbee golf, hit some golf balls, sat by the fire pit and played ping pong. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The decor is fun and interesting”

“The property was absolutely beautiful, whistle, clean, and well stocked, really cute coffee bar with all the amenities, the hot tub was terrific and the view out the back of the Delaware river was stunning.”

“My family had a great stay here. It's a very unique and artful space. It worked great for six of us varying in age ranges with 2 adults and 4 kids. The Salvage Sip Cafe just up Main Street has great coffee and some breakfast items like croissants, bagels, and muffins. We're in this area somewhat regularly and would definitely stay here again. :-)”

“Our large group absolutely loved everything about this home. There was more than enough room throughout the house that we never felt crowded even with our large group. A bathroom for each bedroom was amazing and not to mention those bathrooms were gorgeous. The game rooms and ping pong table were great for the kids (and us adults too!) and of course the hot tub and sauna was great as well. Would gladly go back and stay here again! ”

“The house is in a great spot! We visited wineries, breweries and flea markets...something for everyone! We were able to walk to an excellent restaurant...TK's....great breakfast and dinner! Explored the quaint town of Delaware Water Gap...nice shops and a wonderful bakery that serves breakfast and lunch.The house is spacious and very clean. The AC units in each room were fabulous as they can be controlled individually. Just enough plates/silverware/utensils to work with. Outside was very……
