“We stayed here as our base for a week of college tours. Boy, was this the perfect place to come home to each evening to reset. We actually never ate out for dinner, because we wanted to eat in the home and watch the sunset over the lake. Also, waking up to enjoy breakfast and coffee, while listening to the birds and watching the light change on the water was absolutely magical. The home is so well kept, absolutely spotless, and Melissa is so easy! We requested an iron last minute (gotta look……

“We all had a wonderful stay at the Troy House! Linda was so informative and kind she helped provide all of the details we needed for our stay! We selected the Troy House for its proximity to a dirt-bike camp in Winchester NH that my son and his two friends were attending for the week. Not only was the house perfectly stocked beds were extremely comfortable. “The two of us stayed at Kimstead Farm for four (4) weeks in July and had a completely wonderful time. In addition to us, we had several visitors (family of 5 from Stowe VT, two from Newton MA, two from Maine, and one from Cambridge. Theresa and Ron are the best hosts, going out of their way to make everyone comfortable and putting up with our many requests to see their property and hang out with the many animals. Bessie the small cow was everyone's favorite. We hope to visit again.”
