“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“The photos don’t do this place justice! We got in and asked if we could extend our stay! It’s all about the small touches and this place had no shortage of them. They called me to make sure I understood after hours check in. My family and I were walked to our room. We got the suite that looked over the falls. "Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed the words to “she “will” try to find one” and I have to go back and wait. I told her I wait at front desk. She started to curse very loud and keep saying ” FXXX BXXX FXXX BXXX”. Unbelievable, these were sentence from front desk to client. She is definitely unqualified to work as front desk. Worst ever motel experience. Never choose this motel."
