It simply said hotel in Hebrew on the outside in the dark the only way to get in and find out if it's the right hotel is up two flights of stairs (, with only one handrail on one side) to ask the receptionist. Then there were other problems: I asked about laundry at time of reservation, got no reply, really had to push when I got there to make sure that I could get laundry done,……
