“During check in, the two bed room we reserved wasn’t available. This wasn’t a huge deal for us but when I entered the room the bed and room were still dirty an hour after check in started (4:00pm). So poor organization and slow cleaning. They moved me again to another room on another floor (4th floor) now with a smaller single bed. New room was ok on cleanliness. The AC in this room was loud and didn’t help cool the room on mild 70F days so I imagine it is worse in the middle of……
