“Great location for transit stay, right next to the airport. Limited service provided, reception works functionlly, we didn't feel being welcomed by any staff encountered. Fully self service in handling our many luggages - pull the luggage trolley ourselves from inside the hotel. Price also quite expensive!”

“The kettle in the room was containing the metal or one sort of dust when the water I boiled, I guess it was out of order so the hotel replace it and check on reqular base. Other than this, the hotel is well located, very convenient to explore the down town Christchurch.”

“The room is too small for 3 adults. All beds are too soft. The adding bed is only a foldable bed and caused noises when people slept on it and turned body while sleeping.”

“我覺得這是一間設備都相對齊全的酒店。 接待處職員非常友善，入住的時候酒店贈送了Brownie給我們，味道很不錯。 進入到房間，我覺得值得稱讚的事，廁所的通風系統很好，好像是抽風系統一直在運行，所以每逢我們洗完澡之後，浴室很快就乾掉。去水也很快。 電視方面是智能電視，可以看Netflix和YouTube，這點我們很喜歡。 床鋪也很整潔和舒適，唯一有點意見的地方是，洗手的水龍頭去水有點慢，以及書桌位置沒有插座可以幫電腦充電。而且走廊隔音有點差，其他住客路過聊天都會聽到，不過幸好住客都比較遵守行為，所以我們晚上都睡得很好。酒店沒有微波爐提供，所以限制了部份早餐選擇。 跟市中心都距離近，社區很幽靜，要走5-10分鐘才有便利店。整體來說我們都滿意酒店的配套。”
