“I'm a return visitor, this time in nearly fall, and my experience was as joyful as the first. Enjoyed their Apple Festival, the almost changing leaves, the Hoot Owl on chilly mornings AND saw the local Black Bear! ”

“We had such a wonderful time staying at Patchen Hill Farm! The old-fashioned house and decor were like stepping back into a different time. The property was absolutely beautiful. We had a lot of fun exploring the property and identifying many of the trees on the farm. If you want to disconnect and relax for a weekend (or longer) this is a great place! ”

“Loved staying in this rental. The inside is absolutely gorgeous and very updated! Rachel was excellent to communicate with and very helpful. Location is great- lakefront and right by the Chautauqua ferry! Had a wonderful weekend with family and would love to come back again. Would highly recommend to anyone considering renting! ”
