“It’s a beautiful farm house. It has everything you may need. Beautifully decorated. Great size house and very clean. Excellent location. Big land with beautiful views. Host is very responsive and works with you. We had a delay on our trip due to snow storm and they were very accommodating. Definitely a one to come back! ”

“We had such a wonderful time staying at Patchen Hill Farm! The old-fashioned house and decor were like stepping back into a different time. The property was absolutely beautiful. We had a lot of fun exploring the property and identifying many of the trees on the farm. If you want to disconnect and relax for a weekend (or longer) this is a great place! ”

“The location of this waterfront property at the north end of Chautauqua Lake is exceptional! The house is large, and although we were only a group of 6, it could accommodate many more. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets, charming campfires, a pontoon boat rental, winery tours, and a quaint lunch and dinner in the town of Mayville. The weather and fall colors could not have been more perfect! ”
