“We enjoyed our 5-night stay in a charming corner suite with sitting area, nice bath, and a beautiful, comfortable bed made in high thread content sheets and duvet. Staff, particulary Thorsten and Mariele (sp?) were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and charming. They made our visit with our goddaughter even more convenient. Our room was cleaned daily, even on days we were late getting, out with fresh towels and nice amenities. Our only complaint is a bit of difficulty obtaining ice from……

“The staff is very friendly and helped a lot with town guidance. The hotel has a wonderful cafe on the ground floor, and very comfortable. The only small negative points are, there was no fridge in the room, and no tissue paper (I guess it's a very environmentally friendly concept). During my three-night stay, I put the tag "no need to clean the room" on the door, but when I come back to my room on the last day, the shower curtain was totally disappeared. It was very weird and scary, and……

“離哥本哈根市區很遠，計程車非常貴一定要坐火車來。位在海灘旁邊走出去就到海灘，風景很美，但飯店清潔有待加強，入住時電熱水壺裡面的水看來放了很久髒髒的。一大床的房型不知為何要放左右各一張床墊。走到克倫堡大約20分鐘，除了往瑞典赫爾辛堡的渡輪附近有一個街區有商店之外，基本上是一個很寂靜的小鎮，走好久才見到人煙，適合不愛吵鬧或逛街的人入住。”
