“Everything was great, except for the fact that our room had no air conditioning when it was over 90° outside. ”

“Not a new cookie cutter hotel, but an authentic carefully managed property with a personal touch. We especially enjoyed the comfort of the lobby where you can use your hotel room card to purchase a glass of wine or a 2 oz shot of booze. The name may be nordic, but I would call it Bavarian. The door in the bathroom was solid wood and the ceiling was wood. The breakfast room was thoughfully organized and the free breakfast was about as good as you can get without a cook. We live in Colorado……

“The Lodge at Mountaineer Square is a fantastic place to stay in Crested Butte. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the mountain. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day outdoors. “My three daughters and I stayed here for a girls' trip. Our experience couldn't have been better. The condo was nicely decorated, well equipped with a full kitchen, and very spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, and so peaceful and night when we used them. The Origin restaurant was incredible, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, and it was a short walk to City Market and all things downtown. The shuttle was always available if we chose……
