We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. We were in a second floor unit overlooking the canal, and it was so nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning and watch the birds fish off the dock. “The condo was nice! Lovely view, clean and nice updates. Loved staying on the first floor- didn’t have to take elevators all the time. A few notes: The bed was not comfortable and there was no hair dryer (so basic I didn’t even think to check on this.) But overall I would definitely stay there again.”
