“Great experience. The hotel is one of the cleanest we have been in LI. The neighborhood was safe and it felt like we were guest at a house. We were received very nicely and quick. The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. Its an old Inn so the floors are a bit crooked but nothing major. The bathroom was surprisingly nice for an old Inn. There was no AC (again its an old Inn) but the weather was cool outside so cracked open a window and it was nice. The Inn keeper offered us ventilators……

“Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. “This house was very nice, as pictured or better. Clean, no issues checking in or out. Wagon was there as promised, more bikes than promised, lots of beach towels and chairs provided.
