“Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. ”

“We had to stay one night in Ourzozate in our way to Marakech. Badr was the reception and he is nice and helpful in any ways. He did his best to make our stay great. The apartment is in great condition and a cafe next to it. We had dinner and breakfast over there. We enjoyed our meals. ”

“We arrived late (@11pm) by car. We were tired, hungry, and just plain worn out! As soon as we arrived we were immediately helped with luggage and shown to our room. The kitchen had already closed but the manager made us a plate with bread, olives, and salad with a bottle of wine! It was fantastic! The house we rented was so clean and comfortable with a small kitchen and living room. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was so friendly. I would highly recommend this beautiful property! “A good spot for a short stay. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the actual premises after check-in at the reception, but the porter assists with luggage, so it’s not a big deal. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even bringing Moroccan tea to our room after we got back from our dinner, which was a nice touch!”

“The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate ”

“It was a very comfortable stay. We were travelling with a baby and our requests were accommodated very well. The host is a very long and polite man. He arranged for a private custom tour of the Ait Benhaddou as well. Breakfast and dinner was provided.”
