“Amazing property, smelled clean up on entry. The host was great to communicate with, and let my parents check in an hour early. I sent my parents for an anniversary trip here and they absolutely loved it. They have only ever stayed in hotels, so this was a huge change and I don't think they'll go back to hotels now haha. ”

“Convenient location. Plenty of room. Good amenities. Would have liked to have had a grill but a quick trip to Walmart for a small portable one solved that issue. Other than that it was a nice property and we would stay there again no problem.”

“This was the perfect place to access Acadia—30 min. from our door to the top of Cadillac Mtn.—and for our family of four to share meals together. The living room was comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet. Be sure to bring any food needed for the kitchen, including coffee, oil, etc. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Although only for a night, my partner and I stayed here and really enjoyed it. The space was clean, everything was in place, and communication with the owner was great. Close proximity to grocery stores or anything else you may need, and it was easy to find. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“From great neighbors to beautiful lake side views, this property was perfect for our family vacation. Paul was very responsive with any questions we had. The perfect location to explore many cities in Maine. ”

"The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient."
